Post 6: the end of verse one, but a few things remain unclear

Finally I am coming to the end of Vallabhadevas first comment. However the last few lines proofed rather tricky.  Probelms arose for me on:

Line 9 – yadadhyāsitamarhaḍbhistaddhiḥ=? who inhabited?

Line 11: pradhānāstanavaḥ = ????

kālāatyantasaṃyoge ceti samāsaḥ – the whole sentence seemed obsure, something about timeimmediate proximity mind? connection?

Any suggestions more then appreciated. Once these are sorted I will post a summary of the verse with commentary. Well I guess onwards to the next verse and associated commentary……
